Frequently Asked Questions

  • What makes us different from other supermarket/grocery store?
    The Recipe Cart is different from others as we provide bundle box for a week that you can subscribe to. This bundle box subscription can be cancelled 5 days before the next subscription date. Our bundle box also comes with recipe that is suited for the week worth of grocery - our company not only sell grocery but we also take you out of your comfort zone and help you learn to cook. Maybe after a month worth of bundle box, you can compete at masterchef xD
  • From where do we operate?
    We operate in the heart of Thailand; Bangkok. Maybe we'll have a physical store soon, so please stay with us <3
  • Are your product fresh?
    Yes, of course. Our fruits and vegetables are harvested from the local farm and delivered to us right away. The,n we clean and put them in a box to delivered right to you. The meats are also fresh when arrived at your door as we clean and store them nicely before they get to you.
  • Do you accept returns/exchange over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e. a replacement for a major fault)?
    Recipe cart accept return but the products must be in their original packaging and unused. The customer can simply hand them back to the delivery person at the time of delivery or delivered back to us in 2 days after delivered. If you have received the products for more than 2 days, we would not accept the return. When return has been received and inspected, customer will receive an email informing whether their return has been accepted or denied. If customer's reutrn has been accepted, we will transfer the money with the same payment method (credit/paypal/cash on delivery) that they used when they purchase their product. We also accept exchange if the product is not correct or not fresh as it is our fault. However. if that is not the case, we would not accept the exchange but consider it as a return.
  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?"
    We allow refund for a change of mind but customer must inform us 10 hours before the delivery process. (There will be delivery status when ordered, so if the status is 'still in progress', then a refund can be asked)
  • To where do you ship?
    We ship orders to 77 provinces all over Thailand. Special areas, remoted areas like Nan, Narathiwat, Yala, Pattani, Phuket, Koh Samui, Koh Samet, and all the island need to wait 2 more business days for the product to be delivered. Orders after 6 pm will be processed the next day except for the Grab N' Go, the order will be accepted from 7 am to 10 pm.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    Delivery price is rate by the total price of order. 50 baht for order lower than 1000 baht, 25 baht for order between 1001 to 2500 baht and free delivery for those who order above 2500 baht. So, order with a friend to save the delivery cost ;)
  • What payment method do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit card, paypal and cash on delivery. The customer who pay with credit/debit or paypal may order directly. The policy for cash on delivery: - Customer place an order on the website and enter their address or use the address they saved during checkout. - After they place an order, we will send an email to confirm order. - The order will then be processed and customer will receive the tracking number via mail and the courier name as soon as it's delivered. - At the time of delivery, customer can hand over the cash to the delivery person - In case, the customer did not accept the delivery, they will no longer be eligible to avail cash on delivery but only through credit/debit or paypal.
